Scrub them with a pinch of salt and baking soda along with your tooth paste, works for me. And use a harder tooth brush.
Take care and God Bless you

If you use teeth whiteners, then over time they will damage the enamel. You can rinse after teethcleaning with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide - don't swallow, and this is natural and stops tooth decay also.
Many foods as well as smoking, discolour teeth, such as coffee, wine, vinegar, tea etc. If you remember to rinse your mouth with plain water after every meal or cigarette, that will help.
But really, the chances of you being a pretty corpse just because your teeth are white, are looking rather slim if you smoke, so if you want a groovy way to quit... and very achievable (1000's have done it), visit http://www.quitquide.com

First of all you should quit smoking. I smoked for 22 years, and then I asked God to take it away from me! The very next day, instead of buying cigs., I bought gum. I chewed Trident White , all different flavors for about 4 weeks and I haven't smoked a cigarette in almost 2 months now. But if you don't have the will power to quit, then brush your teeth 3 times a day with Crest extra whitening toothpaste and chew trident white a couple of times a day . You should have pretty white teeth again. Good luck and God bless you! If you just ask jesus to take it away , he will help you!!

One treatment is to use teeth whiteners like Crest Whitestrips, for example every night before you go to sleep, which will whiten your teeth. However, whiteners deteriorate your enamel over time, so it's your decision if you want to bleach your teeth.
If you don't want to follow that path, you could always chew sugar-free minty gum right after smoking to take out some stains.

Brush your teeth more often I guess. Maybe try brushing 3-4 times a day. Get crest whitening strips maybe. And use flouride mouthwash? I'm not a dentist but I would think that'd work.

You've got more to worry about than your teeth. I quit smoking so many times I lost count of how many times I lost count, but one time it finally worked. I haven't had a cigarette in 30 years and I have no more desire to smoke one than to stick one in my ear.

If you GAVE UP smoking you could save both your lungs and your teeth.
Doesn't your LIFE matter? What smoking does to your lungs is far greater than what it does to your teeth. Its astonishing to me that someone rushing to get lung cancer emphysema, asthma or other respiratory disease, is worried about her teeth.
