Ego...Pride...

Everyone thinks they're right all the time and aren't willing to admit when they're wrong, or even just to say you do your thing, I'll do mine and we'll meet around the middle somewhere and be glad that each of us is happy!

Its lack of planning...
Every one has a dream, even fools...
However, the ability to articulate those dreams, determine how possible they are, chart a course for the implementation of these dreams, periodically review progress to determine if we are indeed within focus....

All these are the elements of planning.... Without a plan, you can't tell where u were, so u can say whether or not you have made progress or retrogressed.
