Well, I'm sure different religions will say different things about that. I would like to believe that if there was a heaven, good individuals would go, just as good Christians would go.

There are many reasons for not becoming a Christian. The major one that I can think of is that you have a different way of thinking due to your different upbringing. Gandi wouldn't easily become a Christian just as a Christian wouldn't easily become a Hindu. So just because he was raised in a different environment, in a way that steered him away from choosing Christianity as his religion, I don't think that he would go to hell. After all, he was a good man, and did not choose were he was born or who his parents were.

As per Christian belief everyone who is not Christian is Burning in Hell-
1) Like the Victims of the A bombs are Burning in Hell.
2) The Aborigines and Red Indians they slaughtered are Burning in Hell.
3)Finally, al those races and Civilizations which have been persecuted by the Roman Catholic Church ever since its inception in the Name of Christ are Burning in Hell.

AND YOU KNOW THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO SHAME IN ADMITTING IT.
IN MY OPINION IF THEY WERE POWERFUL ENOUGH EVEN NOW AS IN COLONIAL TIMES, THEY WOULD BE IMPOSING THEIR RELIGION ON PEACEFUL ASIAN COUNTRIES LIKE INDIA etc.

pathetic question..really..I struggle to come up with a reason why anyone would ask this of such a peaceful man. Maybe you would have more respect if he walked onto a bus full of children with a bomb strapped to his back.....

no, i for one love and respect him -- and something he said.

in the words of Mahatma Gandhi -- "if i were to choose between cowardice and violence, then i will choose violence, for cowardice makes the individuality of a person dwindle in the twilight of the world." (remember it faintly though).

and please lets not forget ........... he was a man, so its possible for him to make a few mistakes.

TO err is human.
