It depends on your height as to how much you need to weigh to be healthy. You really should check with a doctor if you are that concerned. Eat butter, custard apples, rice and other such food that will help you gain weight healthily and naturally. Junk food and chocolates will not make you gain wt but will only make you weak. Also eat a lot of red meat. Also go to the gym to gain weight by increasing muscle mass. Good Luck!
