It's because he doesn't exist. Yahoo didn't remove your question, some brainwashed zealot must have reported it as abusive. The scared little peons don't like such things.

you have not been in nature much have you. Bet you are surrounded by concrete. I moved out from the concrete 40 years ago and watch the wild for hours on end. Anyone who does that knows for sure there is a God. Nature is not unforgiving. I've seen two lowly mice running and one slips and falls and the other goes back and helps. I've seen cats form a circle and talk in the moon light. I have watched as mothers lick the new life clean and nuzzle the young back to the nipple. Seen a rabbit play with a deer. Saw a group of rabbits take turns leading a beagle in circles, while I listened to that woe full howle. Sat so long in one place that the animals peek out to look at me.
Wild is not what you think and the untamed are often forgiving, can't say much good about snakes though, especially the ones that walk on two legs

He didn't "design" it that way. GOD "designed" the garden of eden.........which was more beautiful and incredible than any could possibly ever imagine.......true paradise as a home for his beloved creations.
The dark lord (lucifer) however had other ideas and wanting only to hurt his enemy (GOD) introduced sin, distrust, and corruption to destroy and hurt what GOD valued most......his children. Lucifer knew he couldn't hurt GOD directly so he went after GOD"s helpless children.
GOD gave the freedom of choice and the laws of existence as gifts to us to learn more about him. The free choices that WE make deeply affects all others around us. Eve CHOSE (was not forced but CHOSE) to disobey the rules that were there for the safety of all and as a result sin and death and the way of the dark one are NOW the rules that the world in entirety now follows.
People and creatures did not know what "death" was until these rules were broken.
If you don't like the wild and unforgiving ways of life then blame lucifer for that for he is the author of it. GOD created us and our lives as completely perfect (in his image) but we decided to follow an imperfect image and slowly have become like it in thought and action.
Only by re-establishing a link to the Almighty can we shed this messed-up way of life and move back toward perfection
May GOD bless.

Only that which has consciousness can be forgiving. Nature is not unforgiving. It can be harsh, but it is also tameable. The fact that we have been given tools to attempt to tame it can prove that God is compassionate and yet also hopes that we exercise our creativity and develop strength in order to survive for a time on earth.

Great question...the same applies to human beings. Why if God is compassionate we have hundreds of people dying in this part of the world and so many living in abundance there, why is this kid blind and this one gifted, why does this deer dies while the lion gets a great meal??
This is a learning journey, every living thing gets what they need, not what they want. Different circumstances and free will generates chaos and peace, yes...so what?? for two people the same impediment brings different things out of them, one will gain courage, one may give up....the death of a deer can make a group weaker, another group may learn new protection strategies because of it.....
The point of all this is not peace or chaos, good or bad, life or death, but to try our best to always learn in a journey towards consciousness and evolution of the soul....

Because god doesn't play dice. Every being is immortal though the body dies, so life time is just to enjoy and do good deeds to attain higher level of consciousness. Physical evolution is very primal as compared to evolution at conscience level. Hence, the forms of life are also evoluting to higher level. That means the death of physical body at that level is not important. And afterall to design everything there should be scientific basis. So, where there is life, there is death. Cause and effect is continously following all of us. So compassionate supreme being exists but at his level these things really don't matter coz he knows he is just transferring the content from one vessel to another and he is not going to loose a single entity. For him its just like a play of his children. So try to get it in that way.

The measure of a mans ignorance is the depth of his belief in suffering. God is everything, the predator and the prey, hunter and hunted, saint and sinner. Everything is an aspect of God, all life is an aspect of God experiencing an aspect of existence. Intelligence is Gods understanding of itself on a duality and experiential level, without the benefit of complete awareness.
I am not calling anyone ignorant in a derogatory way, I just mean a lack of knowledge. It is easy to dismiss what I say but if you will take the time to think about all the implications of what is meant by what I just said, everything will begin to make sense in a more fundamental way.

I've wondered that a lot. And why does everything have to eat something else. It seems the system could have been improved. If we could have all just taken the nutrients out of the air the world might be more peaceful. There is definitely a flaw in the whole design!

All things are for a reason and right now we do not have total understanding of all things. One day things will be restored and the lion will lie down with the lamb. Life is so much more peaceful once you realize that we don't have to understand absolutely everything at this moment. God is moved by faith and if you trust him you will grow in knowledge as you are able to receive it. It's a process of learning....a journey.

NO that doesnt prove god doesnt exist! AND it also doesnt prove that he's uncompassionate! If you remember from the bible....everything was perfect! and WE chose knowledge and WE chose all the horrible things that exist now in nature, the forest or our own lives....and i'm sure God is not happy about all the suffering. BUT THAT'S the price we pay for FREE WILL.

don't u think that if God didn't exist then we would be nothing but creatures of the wild, think about it, all our morals has been passed down from what the bible said was right and wrong, if evolution were correct then we would be killing each other without ever having any kind of remorse or punishment for it, like animals
