Does anyone know if hugs are illegal??

and i was wondering if anyone knew if this was illegal in Australia

Me and one of my friends are planning to do this for fun and we wanted to know if the bill against this was passed.

Hugging is not illegal if tolerated by the culture where you live in just like in Australia. However, if it is not a practice of the people, you could be charged criminally for sexual perversion.
