Download songs or import CDs through iTunes.
After you download your music, open the folder they're in (most likely My Music) and drag the song files into your iTunes library. The songs from your CDs will already be in there if you import them.

You need a jukebox program. Try download iTunes from www.itunes.com (recommended) or real player from www.real.com. After U add your music to your jukebox, just synchronize it with your iPod. To do so just open the program and connect the iPod to your computer, a wizard should appear and help you with the rest.
