"electrolysis of water" HELP!!!!!?
can u give me a experiment of electrolysis of which works very fast so that it could be displayed in class. i need a big experiment

Electrolysis of water is a big thing, requiring a lot of power.
In electrolysis, a strong electric current is run through water to seperate the hydrogen from the oxygen atoms. This is how the stuff in the big tank on the shuttle is made,

While not exactly what you asked for, the following link shows a classic "electrolysis" experiment.

Adding just about ANY electrolyte (even salt) will "speed up" the process. I wouldn't go with sulfuric acid in class myself....
