It's really easy to do... but if you're deleting a game on YOUR pc it's hardly going to be a secret.

Create a scheduled task. Set the time as "when the other user logs on" And in settings, turn on "Run minimized" or "hidden"

Actually I think you are trying to do this to someone else .. there is a way but it's complicated ... I think we will leave things alone..
