i have 2 to 3 peanut sandwhichs a day i do work out so i am losing weight and i do lift weight at the gym and use the tredmill for 30 min to an hour and half it's been a big part of my diet i try not to eat much other protein

Well, peanut butter can be healthy if you get the natural kind that doesn't have a lot of added sugar and fat. You will NEED other sources of protein. peanut butter is NOT a complete source of protein. Try and cut your sandwiches down to 1 and a half sandwiches and up all your other sources of protein ( protein is very important if your trying to gain muscle, so don't worry about eating to much)

Peanut butter is a good source of protein but it also has a lot of fat in it. I hope you are eating it on a whole wheat bread with a fiber content of 2 or more.
You'll be better off if you can add a couple of servings of veggies. Or put the PB on celery.
Nothing in excess is that good for us.

Peanut butters kcalories come mostly from fat. However, weight gain and loss has strictly to do with your total kcalorie intake in relation to the amount of kcalories you burn. It does not matter if those kcalories come from fat, protein, or carbohydrate. A fat gram is more concentrated with 9 kcal, Protein and carbs each have 4 kcal a gram.

If you eat too much. Peanuts have the "Good Fats", so you do need to have at least 33grams of fat per day. Just be sure not to overdue it. Good luck!

Buy the kind which has the least sugar in it, otherwise Peanut butter is pretty healthy.

Peanut butter is very fattening, however, the amount of exercise you are doing is burning it all off. keep up the exercise

It does have a lot of fat, but it sounds like you can afford it. It's a good source of protein though

yes peanut is very fatting because it contains carbohydrates which convert inti fats and store under our body so stop eating more and start eating salads thisisnly my suggestion
