No- since the beginning of time I think enough people have died in the name of religion. Seems a strange paradox when God is supposed to be about love thy self and thy neighbour. Spirituality is about people who see others as not better than, not less than, but rather different than themselves yet part of a collective consciousness. An intelligent person sees the wisdom in all religions.

Well, my religion is the no-religion. I am an unbeliever. Now, what would I do to prove that God doesn't exist? Absolutely nothing at all. I'm not interested in proving it. Believe what you want. I'll believe what I want. And everybody at peace.
That doesn't mean I won't bug people telling them what I think about god. But I wouldn't get myself in the trouble of proving anything. BTW, I fail to see how killing yourself would be any good at all when trying to prove anything whatsoever. The only thing you can prove by killing yourself is that you're not immortal. But you know what? I already knew that... :-)

Srimad Bhagavatam (6.3.19) states that “real religious principles are enacted by the Supreme Personality of Godhead”
Hence Religion means teachings of God. There is no need to prove these teachings to others. The need is to give these teachings to others.
It is confirmed by Bhagavad Gita, God says
“One who knows the transcendental nature of My appearance and activities does not, upon leaving the body, take his birth again in this material world, but attains My eternal abode, O Arjuna.” (4.9)
God’s Eternal abode is Kingdom of God and when one reaches back to that kingdom, all his sufferings are finished for ever.
That is the importance of giving these teachings to others. This is the greatest compassion. This is also Real Compassion as it is on platform of Soul and not of Body.
To attach a Bomb on the body and kill one self for God is very easy. What greatness is there in that? After all, the soul is eternal.
If you really want to give your Life, then give each day, each breath of your life in Giving God to others. Do that till your last breath. That is real giving up of life for God.

To prove it to whom? There is no one I need to prove it to. It has been proven to me. As for whether or not it will be proven to you, that is God's business.
So, to answer your question, I would not go far at all. There is no need, and no call, to do so.
Asking whether I would die before denying Christ's divinity is a whole other matter...but you did not ask that.

hey
me personally, i dont need to prove my religion to anyone else. if no one believes it, it wont make my faith any less. if no one understands it, at least i do.
i wont do a single thing to prove my religion to another, as if i believe it, it has already proved itself to me.
its alot like love, you could waste so much time and energy proving to other people what your love for another is, and that is the biggest waste of time ever!
See ya

Hells no!
I find out in the end if I'm right or wrong. At that point it'll be too late to change the outcome and I'm ok with that. I gotta be.

Who would you be trying to prove it to? All you would be doing is telling everyone else how messed up you were....so what's the point of that?
