Is it really such a horendous crime if a 14yr old dates a 21yr old?
I dated a 21 yr old and it wasnt as bad as how everyone makes it out to be! I think i depends on how matture the people are!
In my relationship there was no sex or sexual pressure, so in that case it wasnt against the law (in Australia). the law states that a minor having SEX with an adult is illegal. Not a minnor dating a person over 18! What are your opinions? please dont state that im a $lut coz im a virgin and the definition of a $lut is someone who sleeps around and gets money for it!

We didnt work out but we are still really good friends and talk alot! And my mother didnt mind the relationship she thought he was lovely and let me learn my own lessons!!

It depends on the people and the maturity level.It seems since that you did not have sex.And he did not push you into it.You were both mature enough for it.

Any adult who dates a child has a problem. You should not have anything in common with children as an adult. I don't think you are a slut (even if you don't know the right definition of the word). I simply think you are a child. A child does not have a good grasp of right or wrong and just because your heart tells you its right does not mean it is. An adult knows that and can manipulate a child in ways a child will never see until they grow up or it is too late. If you were both legal adults and he was 7 years older than you that would be fine, it would mean he has given you a chance to grow in knowledge. i am happy you are no longer dating an adult. When you become an adult you will know what I am talking about trust me when you have children your opinions will hopefully have matured.

The difference between 14 and 21 is a large age difference. At 14 you are not mature enough to begin to know what you want out of life. Calling you a slut never even crossed my mind, a slut doesn't necessarily do it for money, she just sleeps around alot with many diff men. Not too many 14 year olds are mature, that takes life experience and time, and very few 21 year old males are mature, that takes even more time. Why would there be laws making it a crime to have sex with a minor, if there wasn't any basis for the law.
a 14 year old girl needs to have fun and enjoy life while she is able to. Good luck.

Regardless of the situation, the guy is a perv!!! He may not have been having sex with you, but he is still going for a 14 year old....YUCK!! I see nothing wrong with age differences, AS LONG AS THEY ARE BOTH OVER 18!!! I am 20 yrs old and have been with women older than me all my life. When I was 17 I dated a nineteen year old, but if I was nineteen, I would never date a seventeen year old. THAT IS JUST WRONG. you need to report your "boyfriend" to the authorities for solicitation. The only thing he was thinking about was "training" you to be the woman he wanted. I am okay to be with any woman from the age of 24 to 39, call me sick or whatever you want, but at least I am not a pedophile!!! Get some smarts before you get yourself hurt!!!

Whatever floats your boat. At your age, I know you think you know everything there is to know in the world, and no one is gonna tell you any different, but one day you WILL look back - again, when you are OLDER - and see why other people think of this as a problem.
For instance, when you grow up and have kids.....if you have a daughter age 14 that wants to get with a 21 year old MAN, I guarantee you that you will have a problem with it.
But don't believe me. Only time will give you that insight.

My opinion:
At 14 you are too young to be HAVING SEX WITH a 21 year old. If you are just dating and have NO PLANS TO HAVE SEX I suppose it's not SUCH a big deal.

my bf is 21 and before he met me he was ingaged to some one 16 they didnt have sex but he broke up with her just so he wouldnt mess up

ASk your self this can you imagine marrying him, if so cool, but then do you want to have kids, im guessing you dont want them till your at least 25 and he will be 31,
Actually hunny i agree with youo, if your happy and your not doing anything wrong why is it so bad, you only live once make the most of it

I think you should wait to date the older guys.
