I'd say definitely health or physiology. Then when you go to college you'd have to take special classes for that field and remember to register as a plastic surgeon for sure. It also depends on if you want to work on specific types of surgery such as facial or breast surgeries, reconstruction, etc.

In addition to the science classes, drawing and sculpture, seriously.

The best plastic surgeon in the city where I went to college was also a sculptor.

Theres not much to choose from in high school but definetly take anatomy physiology, and biology.

Yes, take PE so you can sneak into the girls and boys locker room and take a sneak peak of what you will be working with when you are older.
