hair falling is one of the main complaint of skin so use vitamin tablets ilke vitamin e capsules or supradyn multivitamin tablets and use nizoral shampoo weekly twice ok

Saw Palmetto is a natural DHT blocker. Dht is what kills the hair folicles in male-pattern-baldness. I've been taking it for about 5 years and I can say that I'm better off than anyone on anyside of my family that had/has receding hairlines when they were my age.
I also have several other theories , most of which are completley scientifically unfounded:
Take horsetail for strong hair and nails.
Don't stress.
vegetarian diet helps.
scalp massages all over esp. thin or dead areas.
develop your own magic.
love everyone.
listen to Bob Marley's "crazy baldheads" and chill.
look for positive self-image.
get hair in the wind. just as plants need to develop.
get hair in the rain.
use natural cleaning products. I like Jason Hemp conditioning shampoo.
No sugars esp "fructose" and "sucrose"-these are fruit derived sugars. Apparently sugar causes the folicles to pinch-off or suffocate er something. This means no more soda and other high sugar items. I think I read in a juicing book that men who quit sugar all-together had hair regrowth and stop of lossage.
