I think you should contact a professional. That would really help. Sounds like there may be an underlying cause.
You control how you feel. And sometimes, you can have everything, but still feel alone. That is depression and low-self esteem. It could be something that someone said that just hit you wrong. Something that happened in your life that you are holding in. Regardless of what it is, you should find someone you can talk to and not just hope it will pass. Obviously, you're feeling like it's a problem. But you really don't want a bunch of strangers on yahoo getting into your business. :)
I've been there myself, and it actually does a lot of good, and it feels a lot better to understand what's going on.
Good luck, and I'll be praying for you.

I know what you mean. sometimes things are just hard for no reason. something that I learned very quickly when I started dabbling a little in meditation is that if you sit very still, don't move, have all your basic needs and requirements taken care of, and essentially don't have any serious immediate problems, you will encounter one or both of the following obstacles: either you will experience sever physical pain somewhere in your body, or your mind will start to flip out and you'll get really messed up over something.
there is really no way around this. it is part of being human. what you can do is accept it, and realize that it will pass. nothing lasts forever, be it good or bad. accept things for what they are and allow them to move in and out of your life without allowing them to hijackl all your energy. just observe and be cool. when you get used to this, then for one thing you stop multiplying your anguish with these concerns and anxieties over things which are not real, and for another thing it helps you maintain your cool and calm in the face of problems that ARE real and really need to be dealt with, which helps them to move along faster because you don't cling to your suffering like a sinking ship.
nobody ever manages to be completely free of suffering and anxiety, but you can take control of your life and not let these things control you.
I don't think your self esteem is really all that low. you know you've got it pretty good. but sometimes you just get feeling down. I'm the same way and I think every human being on the planet is as well. Even the people whose life really IS the crappiest thing ever feel on top of the world and like they're God's gift to the world, too, sometimes.
just let your natural knowledge of how cool you really are come through. Everybody has it. Don't deny it. You know who you are and what you're worth. When it's time to shine, don't forget that it's not going to last forever. And when it's raining, remember that will go away eventually too.

I think you should have this checked out. Having a wonderfull life is not going to mean a heck of alot if you're not able to enjoy it. You COULD be depressed, or you could be suppressing something, or you could just be missing some vital element that happens to be necessary for your happiness. Whatever the case, a few sessions with a Counselor- might be a good idea.

Stare in the mirror at yourself and tell yourself how hot you are. Even if you are fugly you will eventually convince yourself you are hot, even though you're not, but that's okay.
