Everyday eat, one protein, ( chicken, tuna, beef, fish, one fruit, eat a grapefruit every morning, and drink lots of water, eat salads, with just lemon juice, and exercises...you will do it ...trust me...e-mail and I will give you the diet..tell me on the e-mail what you want, so I can e-mail you back, the diet says, lose 10 lbs, in 4 days..it works...

Don't worry so much about wieght. Focus on looking and feeling good. Diet is extremely important. To slim your body you must:
Burn more calories than you eat.
Cut your fat intake.
Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.
Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat.
Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.
I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

It has helped my friends, family and myself, I'm not kidding or promoting. This book will change the way you look at everything and motivate you like you have never been before, the testimonial stories in the beggining are amazing. if u want lose 15 ponds just eat good stuff like vegetable and fruits and also exercise daily every morning......and do not eat w/ oil or any fried food and u can also drink a low fat milk...u can only eat steam cook....you can do it!!

go for fast walks across town don't run just fast walks the faster the better you could loose 5 kilos a day

EGGS, MEAT, FISH, any amount and CHEESE, 4oz. daily and a very small salad a day.....If you eat those 5 things and take a good multi-vitamine, you will lose that weight, I guarantee it.
