it's a trojan

Kill the process libsys32.exe (windows task manager---you get there by pressing ALT CTRL DEL together) and then remove libsys32.exe from Windows startup. To do that, go to start - run - type: "msconfig" (without quotes) - select the startup tab and uncheck the process

a virus scan could help too

Where are you seeing that?

I'd recommend running a virus check to find out if that's what it is. Viruses tend to pose as valid programs, so the only surefire way to make sure you catch a virus is to run a scan. I recommend Computer Associates - ca.com.
