Well, the only way to gain muscle mass "fast" is to start weight training. However, if you want to gain muscle mass, don't expect a quick fix, because there is not one. Go to a local gym and pick out exercises you want to perform on particular areas of your body (biceps, triceps, chest, abs etc...). Start with a weight that is manageable; not too light, but not too hard. They key is to work your muscles to the point of "momentary muscular failure". "Momentary Muscular Failure" is when your muscles cannot do one more repition while lifting weights. When you feel like you can't do another rep, try again. Try until NO forward progress is possible. This sends your body a signal that says, in effect, "grow bigger and stronger before this happens again"...........Weight train no more than 3 times per week. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are a good routine to have (by the way, if you dont want to mess with the weight-training, you can always simply do pushups and sit-ups. Use the same tactics that you would use if you were weight-training, though).........Finally, eating right is very important in weight-training. Getting enough sleep is crucial to weight-training also because if you don't get enough sleep, your mind is being put under stress. Stress CAN prevent you from getting results from weight-training because your mind is sending signals to your body that "everything is not ok".With proper sleep, your mind sends signals to your body that "everything is great!"......You will start seeing results anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks if you weight-train properly. Good luck and if you go by these guidelines, you will start seeing results!

Work out often and consume a lot of protein. There are protein shakes at almost every food store. I would also look for a supplement from a vitamin store. Wouldn't hurt to try =) Good luck!
