Practice your sign language.

By the way, we can see you sigh when you draw breath and let it go. You could always bring our hand up infront of your mouth so we could feel your breath exhale.

Facial expression counts for a lot. Eye contact.

Can you talk ASL or another sign language? If you start learning, you might draw more interest from him.

That's simple motion, sign language, body language, flirt with him just as u would to a regular person. Bite your lip and stare into his eyes. Stroke him, touch your self in slow light motions. Body language is a great way to communicate between any two people.

I was right, you ARE spoiled if all you care about is his "hearing" YOUR pleasure! Leave the guy alone!
