Take Potassium Supplements, and Drink a Cup of Vinegar. This is only a Temporary Solution. You really need to make some Lifestyle Changes, and consult with a Physician for a more permanent decrease in Blood Pressure.

just take a deep breath and try to relax.. Call your dr first thing in the morning and let them know...they will more than likely have you do a urine test to see how much protein is in your urine...Like the previous answerer said, take some tylenol and try to get some rest...you will have a headache from the high BP... this happened with me, but i was only about 32 weeks, so after bed rest for 4 weeks, i was induced...since this is the first time, it could just be your body getting ready for delivery and it can send your BP up...i know you dont want to hear this, but worrying doesnt help...it makes it worse. Good luck!
