I noticed this guy looking at me one day. In a way that is not perverted or anything. The look that he gives me sends chills up my spine ( In a good way ). Sometimes it's like he wants the world to know that he likes me. Like he doesn't care who sees him looking at me. He makes sure no matter what he gets my attention. But the bad thing is that he has a girlfriend. What does this mean/ Does it mean that he just wants sex, or that he's looking for a way out of the relationship he's in now. Please tell me what to do

It seems he is just a flirt and one with another girlfriend should not be flirting with others. He will try any stragedy and do not cares who knows long as he is successful in getting you hook. So I can not tell you what to do except make the right move with whatever you decide.

If he is already in a relationship. Don't get involved with him until or if he gets out of it. He may just be flirting with you. But you don't need to get involved with some one who is already with some one else.
It may be a case of he wants his cake and eat it to. Meaning he wants it all. He may want to be with both of you.
