No! Hair bleaching is lifting the color to get another lighter color with a possible toner used after wards. Hair stripping is using a completely different product to lift the color out and put another color over that. When stripping the hair color you only go to a certain stage of color which will be slightly lighter than the color you want, then put the color on. Different products are used now. It used to be that the same thing was used to do the same two services, but now its different.

yes they both remove color but be care full it also removes the cuticle and the cortex and all parts of the hair its very damaging so never overlap bleach only on regrowth and if removing artificial hair color use a soap cap not straight bleach
