Miller Beer is reported to have donated $30,000.00 to the illegal cause. Will a boycott by legal Americans impact the company?

For those of you who take the time to read the links, please let me know what you think of their response in this matter. Thank You.

I saw this "Miller boycott" spread through a bar with my own eyes. I didn't know anything about it until that night, and that night I stopped drinking Miller. I'm sure I wasn't the only one.

I think this will make a bit of a hit in their bottom line, but that's it.

People wear their beer like a badge, who wants to show a badge so tarnished. Even people that don't have an opinion on any politics may still avoid the beer to avoid being uncomfortable, embarrassed, or yet another person telling them about the boycott.

The wealthy in this country "employers" should be the first target of defense toward the overwhelming invasion of illegals & legal immigrations even over the wall they will never build. They choose too hire them at cheaper wages over paying fair wages to to legal Americans who been here for many generations in some cases! This is a major down-fall of Capitalism working against the majority! I think we need a structure that serves & proiritize the majority over any minority! Kick out the illegals with their employers back to the homeland of where most of them are from! Yes we can do it & had better dam do it!

McDonald's, Wal Mart, Exon and many others contribute toward the illegal cause. I suppose we could boycott all (except for exon, that would be kind of hard.) but the majority of people would not. I do not know if it will have an effect. But I'm sure you know what I hope it will do. :)

I hope people will boycott Miller. I'm living in Canada and so I drink Canadian beer only - better, anyways (ha). Anyways, when I go to the US, I will make sure to NOT buy Miller beer.

Keep getting the info out Mimi - you rock!

No, a consumer boycott will have little effect. Coors has been boycotted any number of times by various groups, and they are still going strong. About ten percent of the population drinks ninety percent of the beer, and those are not the most politically active ten percent.

I honestly don't know. I've been homebrewing for 22 years. I think only teens with fake IDs drink Miller. Lite is for people who like to spend good money to urinate a lot.

Yes i think if we all get together and boycott miller brewing company and all its products it will have a large impact on the company. I have sent them a e-mail telling them to cease or i will not buy their products ( i drink mgd ) and they are not going to stop unless we do something........Flo
