Iron men.

Do 1 jumping jack then one push up, then one mountain climber, then one jump. With each set, go up in the # of reps until you get to ten and then go back down. You can substitute any exercise with another.

If you do martial arts then I'm sure you have been exposed to work outs without gym equipment.

Stretches
Push ups
Sit ups
Chin ups
Dips

(you can go to your local playground and find stuff to do this sort of thing with)

If you martial arts involves bodily throws like judo you could get an old bicycle tyre inner tube, wrap it around a tree or a pole and use that like a strong elastic band for training throws.

Climb
-trees
-cliffs

Swim

Carry buckets of water around

Wash car - wax on, wax off :)

For toning, try pilates or power yoga. To lose body fat, try running, swimming laps or bike riding.
