Right now its all hormonal. Do you have a support husband (or babys daddy, whatever the case may be) Find something to cheer you up. With my first, I found a new joy in, belive it or not, housework! haha..
But, if you do have a history of Postpartum despresstion, stock up on icecream! (avoid chocolate if you breastfeed) Or, speaking of, try breastfeeding with this newest baby!
And if all else fails, surround yourself with people who care. Get in contact with other moms, and just cut out people who suck! Congrats on the newest bundle of joy!!

Goodness honey! Your plate is very full!
You're probably exhausted between keeping up with the little ones, and being pregnant.
I would check with your doctor. Sometimes hormonal changes during pregnancy can make you feel depressed. They might also want to do some blood work to see if you are anemic, or having any other problems with vitamin deficiency. It's a lot of work growing a new little person! :)
By all means, talk to your doc about the feelings of depression. If they're not responsive, try your regular doctor. There are also hotlines you can call if you're really feeling upset or down.
PLEASE do get some help so that you can be around for your kids.

I would see a psychiatrist because they are a Medical Doctor as well holding a degree in Psychology. They'll need to get to the root of this because it could be biological, psychological, or both. In the interim, make it a point before you go to bed and when you wake up to focus on the wonderful things you have in life. Such as your children, your eye sight, etc. things that most of us take for granted. Focus on the positive. Did you know that most people think about 90% of the same thoughts every single day?
I would guess that your self-talk and self-thoughts are probably also depressing in nature so I recommend getting some subliminial CDs with relaxing music. This has helped me get through some really rough times. When my baby sister passed away from cancer at age 20 back in 1997, I was depressed for a long time. I went to go see a psychiatrist because even though I knew I'd eventually get over it on my own, it was taking too long.
I went through 2 doctors before I found one that I trusted and liked. Some like to jam you up with drugs and others want to first see if even drug therapy is appropriate. Sorry you are going through this. Good luck,
Rod

Find a person that you trust whom you can talk to or find a self-help group, also I always try to remember the Serenity Prayer, really think about what it says, if none of those ideas work well seek professional help. I have had serious depression for many years and raised five children, it isn't easy, but you need a support system in whatever way you find the most helpful, good luck and God bless you and your babies.

Well try figuring out what is causing you to be depressed. Once you figure that out, then try to find ways to distract yourself from whatever the problem maybe. If you dont know the problem, then you should talk to someone about it and maybe someone with the same feelings as yours can help you.
Now whatever the problem is.....you should try to do things that makes you happy or for that matter try something new that you have never done. I wish I could give you more advise since I don't know what is making you feel depressed, but just take one thing at a time.....don't overwhelm yourself. Good luck!

Depression is a hormonal change. Dont take medication for this. Fight i out urself. Hav friends, share ur ideas, play with ur new born, work a lil, excercise a lil and move a lil. Make ur hubby talk to u, basically let ur mind keep occupied with some thng, preferably cheerful things. See god pic, listen to good music and good TV Serials (all of ur choice)

Look at what you have achieved already! 2 beautiful children with another on the way. If you have been feeling this way for a while now, speak with your doctor. Remember all the great things you have in your life, and talk with other mothers who may be in a similar situation.
best of luck : )

well all i can say is stay strong make out a list of important things to do to make myself feel better. be reasonable about it and realistic. if you want to take that kid out to the park or have a baby sitter so you can go out on a date with you man, if you want to save up a dollar a day to go to the movies something. and work on being happy. if you see it you can achieve most of the time we do not see so we don't do. we see ourselves fail and so we continue to do so. what ever you have to do to make you happy do that but remember you also live for you children and being a mom is a great thing. You have to make the best of life you them and yourself. your starting over.

Check with your doctor. You are probably suffering from exhaustion and post-partum depression. You might consider therapy, too, so that you can talk about things with someone who won't judge or criticize you. After your baby is born, your doctor can also put you on antidepressants (if you aren't nursing). Good luck and God bless.

This could be pretty serious, I wouldn't mess around if you're feeling depressed. Seek some professional help, psychologist/counseling. Make sure your family and friends know how you're feeling. Post-partum is no joke. BUT MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW. Get your family and friends involved. Best of luck to you.
