I doubt there were many. I noticed a change in people for a little while they were kinder, more patient with one another, would smile, open a door for you but by Christmas of the same year everything was the same as before September 11.

Why? 9/11 is a good reason to not be religious... it was religion that was used to justify the attack.

My faith was deep before and after 9/11, I may have felt the need to lean on it more but it was still as important prior to that date.

I was already religious.

If anything, 9/11 just gave me a chance to forgive G-d.
