Leave the country and apply for permenent residence or try adjusting status from a non-immigrant to a immigrant while still maintaining status in the U.S.

Tourists are not allowed to work in any country anywhere.

Having produced a US (or other) citizen child does not confer any immigration rights until the child reaches 21 and can (but doesn't have to) petition for parents' immigration. This is true not only in the US, but in most if not all other countries. There are many thousands of American citizen children living with their parents in foreign countries, and they do just fine.

Not sure what your asking but going to the other country where the parents are legal would be the best idea.

For instance, if your an American citizen and your American child is here then you'd come here, otherwise you would go to the other country.
