Im real into screamo and i want to acheive that clean screaming in as short a time as possible or at least be on the road to getting it down. Also, does anyone have any tips for getting that type of emo-ish voice for singing? I already perform but I want to be able to hit higher notes. Please help. Thanks.

Have someone jump out from behind the dumpster when you are taking the trash out at night(that did it for me). But really just practice(preferably where no one can hear you) and try varying your scream pitch. You need to remember to take care of your vocal cords and stay well hydrated.
