You can purchase Cinnamon capsules at your local health food store as well as using it in your cooking. You can even buy capsules and fill them yourself. I like to use it in my oatmeal with Raisins and almonds in the mornings. It's the secret ingredient in my Sloppy Joe sauce. Now the secrets out! I use it in East Indian dishes, applesauce, Hot chocolate and coffee, baking.

I'm assuming that you mean aside from baking goodies with. A few times I have made cinnamon roasted chicken, and it's interesting. After you sprinkle on salt, pepper and garlic powder on the skin, dash on a fair bit of cinnamon. It gets crunchy and delicious. Just something different to try from an old cookbook.

Cinnamon always goes well in chocolate and a lot of sweet things. Also, a lot of indian marsalas (spice blends) have cinnamon in them.

ANYTHING!! sprinkle or spoon it in your morning coffee before you brew it ... in yogurt as a dressing for fruit salad ... any spicy dish ... make your own BBQ sauce with a dash of cinnamon ... chocolate cake needs a pinch to give the chocolate some 'earthiness' ... soy milk ...

Quite a few things. It tastes really good sprinkled on applesauce or mixed in with oatmeal, for example. Also, it's one of the ingredients in Chinese five-spice, you can use it in stir frys and other Asian dishes.
