Do everything better than she does and hope he notices.
This does not mean interferring with their relationship.
Your objective is to get him to realize that he still has options and since he is not married to the girl he still has the right to find someone else if that relationship is not moving forward.
I am not a fan of "home wreckers". Even in the dating world.
