it's when someone's underwear is sorta sticking out..and you pull up their underwear so it gets nice and stuck up their butt cheaks (that is called a wedgie). now there is also an atomic wedgie, which is to pull the underwear and to bring the waist-band over the person's head..lol. hey, you asked :P.

Its when you take the waistband of a guy's underwear (while he's wearing them) and you tug really hard upwards. This drives the underwears up his crack and around his junk and hurts. Then everyone laughs.
