When you turn the camera in for processing, ask about getting a CD along with the negatives/prints. Most processing places offer this service for film developing nowadays- usually costs around 10 bucks. Rite-Aid, Wal-Mart, even some camera shops offer CDs at the time of processing.
It's more expensive & more hassle to try and obtain digital images from film that was previously processed. In those cases, you either overpay or you'll need a negative scanner and plenty of time...

Most retailers, Wal-Mart, Target, Kmart, Walgreens, Rite-Aide, Eckerds, etc, have an option to return photos on a CD rom disk. That's your best option for wanting digital photos from one of those disposable cameras. The cost is about $10-$12, depending on if you want singles or doubles. Best option is singles with the CD added in to share the pictures by email with friends & family.

Will the stores develop them for you and put them on a disk? Other than that you'll have to buy a scanner and scan the pictures on to your computer yourself...hundred bucks.
