You need to cut it short and start over

I use the new Dove Coloring Line of hair products. It works really well for me. I wash my hair as soon as I get in the shower. I leave the conditioner on until I am completely finished with my shower. Then I rinse it out. That way my hair is soaking in all those nutrients. Also try the Avon New Dry End Serum. You put it on your hair when it's wet. I love that. And you should get a trim AT LEAST once a month to keep it from looking really fried out.

Oh myy...Well. I've fried my hair...MANY MANY MAAANY times....In attempts to go blonde, just to dye it right back to dark a few days later....But I have to say my hair is the healthiest it's been in a while. Do this...

There's a haircut...that you get with a special scissor...and the scissor has like...holes...(I don't think it's the razor) I don't know what it's called. And then you get your hair thinned out with that....(Your hairdresser will put the scissor as close to your roots and snip, snip, snip like three times on a strand of hair all the way down to the tips)...You're gonna loose a LOT of hair...but a lot of unhealthy hair...And my hair still looks thick because it adds nice texture...and I didn't loose a lot of length...Then she takes the regular scissor, and fixes split ends, and adds layers and what not...You're hair will be pretty healthy...You should probably stick to only dying your roots, too.

Also, there's a shampoo and deep conditioner called Biolage...it's about 25 dollars, but it's AWESOME...Sometimes I sleep with it...and my hair is just...awesome.

I bleached (fried) my hair once, and i just kept using the same shampoo and conditioner (pantene pro-v) but I just added to that a leave-in conditioner. I used infusium 23. it was the only was I could even brush my straw like hair, but it eventually got better... Also, if you want to keep bleaching your hair, you should try the herbal essenses bleach-blonde, I used it and it works way better and doesn't fry your hair like the super blonde I used did...

Try Nexxium for damaged hair, There is also a good one by Revlon and I would use potion 9 by Sebastian. These are all professional products that I have all used personally and I thought they worked great in my hair. Also do a deep conditioning treatment once a week but instead of leaving it in for 3 minutes leave it in for one hour with a plastic cap on your head then heat it up in the sun or use a blow drier.

there is a shampoo and conditioner that will make your hair AMAZING, but you have to pay for it. I dye my hair uber blonde too, and it feels better than anyone I know. My hair dresser buys it for me, so she gets it for $50 a set. I don't know how much it would be to buy it without her discount. But it's made by a company called Purology. They make several different kinds, but the one called Nanoworks in a light brown goldish bottle works wonders.
It's expensive, but if you're hair is trashed, it will feel amazing after just one use.

Redkken "Extreme" line shampoo and conditioner will repair the damage it also has leave-in conditioner and anti-snap leave-in treatment so its super gentle, believe me babe I have been there! And don't forget to get a trim every 4 to 6 weeks to help it along. Good Luck!

Redken Anti snap shampoo and conditioner. Also anti snap leave on spray. Fantastic... sold in salons. Concentrated, little more expensive than department store shampoos but darn well worth it.

i like the new sunsilk. and when you do color your hair make sure you only color the regrowth (roots) runing the color out to the ends every time will realy fry your hair. or, you could always add some low lights to close some of the cuticle back, bleaching opens the first layer of the hair, adding some color will help close them and you will get some shine back
