Creeeeeeepy! That's the only way I can describe this...although I do the same thing with one of the managers at my work...maybe he's making sure she's paying attention. Although...the nickname would set off warning bells...he seems to be a little TOO interested in her. If he does anything, I say tell anyone who will listen...if that doesn't work, cut his nads off with a pair of scissors.

U can't judge him from only that, actually. Tell Gracie to tell him that she's not comfortable with it. If he doesn't stop, you can tell on him when he starts to touch your friend. Then, he's in trouble no matter how you tell on him. You can even sue him if he touch Gracie's privates.

IT could be a form of sexual harassment. DONT let grace be a lone with him. FURTHER more id tell a councelor. TELL them it may not be any thing. BUT the staring is creepy 4 both of you.

When he tries to touch her then you can makes something of it, until then, you have no reason to worry. He could be staring at something behind her, if you have ever spoken in front of people sometimes it is easier to do if you focus on something.

Maybe simply asking him to stop will end the unwanted attention she feels she is getting. If your friend is really feeling uncomfortable though perhaps she should go to her parents and talk to them.
