does anyone know where I could find info on parents rights to keep a preschool (with not enough children enrolled) opened. This is a lausd school.

I do not believe parents have rights to force a preschool (with not enough children enrolled) to stay open. sorry.

The only way you can keep the school open is to make up the difference in cash. No school should be forced to stay open while it is losing money. If you and the other parents want to keep it open then be prepared to pay the way.
