Try this site. Go to departments and click on Medical Examiner for autopsy diagrams. Otherwise, simply do a search for whatever item you are looking for.

Best thing to do is to get into medical school. First become a Doctor (General Practice) then do your internship, then a residency in Pathology, then a fellow in Forensic Pathology.
To see pictures you can simply do a search on the internet but I recommend you don't do it, unless you work in the medical field. You must first have a trained eye and a trained mind. That only happens if you become a physician.

i think you would have to work to get access.
I'm a med student and even i don't have access to that type of stuff, because its not my area.
but if you are interested get into forensic sciences at your local university.
