Last time i did bought an English at World Trade Center in Bangkok. If u used to be at that area, try to ask around. I can't remember which floor but it was an Internationasl Book Store inside the building itself!

There are lots of them. Go to any mall, especially along Ploenchit and Sukhumvit Rd (they're the same road, just different names in different areas). The big names are Kinokuniya and B2S. One that I know of specifically, cuz I was just there, is in the Central Chit Lom Mall on Ploenchit Rd. Take the escalators to the top floor. I think there are at least 2 English book stores in the Emporium Mall on Sukhumvit, near the Phrom Phong BTS station.
There are also a couple of used book stores along Sukhumvit that sell English books. Also on Tanote Rd., near Khao San Rd. That place will even "rent" books to you, as long as you bring them back. Sorry I don't know the names off the top of my head.
Finally, you can go to some libraries and read English books. I've done this at Chulalongkorn University library.

I've been living and working in Bangkok for four months now, and by far the best English bookshop (in terms of the sheer range of number of titles) is Kinokuniya. They have stores in The Emporium and Siam Paragon - the latter being the bigger. They have a great range of books and imported magazines too.

Two of the biggest english bookstores are in Siam Paragon (at Siam main BTS station) and the Emporium at Sukhumvit Soi 24 (Phrom Phong BTS station). Both have entrances direct from the BTS stations.

There are many smaller stores around, one of the biggest is Asia Books.

Asia Bookstores...you can find the address of one near you in the local yellow pages. English language books are rather expensive in Thailand.
