SHERBET PUNCH


Ingredients
**************
Water
1 can (6 oz.) frozen concentrated orange juice
1 can (6 oz.) frozen concentrated pineapple juice
(If frozen pineapple juice is unavailable, canned
juice can be used but amount added to punch would differ)
1-pint cranberry cocktail chilled
Red food coloring may be added if desired
1 pint lemon sherbet
2 bottles of (7 oz. each) ginger ale, chilled


Procedure

Add water to orange and pineapple concentrate in punch bowl according to directions on cans. Add cocktail and coloring. Add small scoops of sherbet. Add ginger ale and serve.
Makes approximately 40 servings.

Coffee Ice Cream Punch Recipe

1 cup Cold Strong Coffee
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon Sugar -- Or To Taste
1 pint Coffee Ice Cream
Powdered Instant Coffee -- to taste
Cinnamon -- To Taste

In 6-cup glass serving bowl mix coffee, cream and sugar. With ice cream scoop, scoop out balls of ice cream and float on coffee mixture. Sprinkle with powdered coffee and cinnamon. Immediately ladle into punch cups or wine goble.

Lemony Apricot Punch.
* 1 can pineapple juice
* 1 can apricot nectar
* 1 can frozen limeade concentrate
* 2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

In a punch bowl combine pineapple juice, apricot nectar and limeade; finally, pour in the lemon-lime soda.

1 2-liter bottle of ginger ale, 1 64 oz jug of Hawiian Punch (the regular red punch works best) and a 1/2 of a half gallon of rainbow sherbert (I like lime/raspberry/organge best. Name brands are not important. You can double, triple or whatever, just keep the 1-1 ratio of ginger ale with Hawiian Punch. MMM

My family favorite is 1/2 melon and 1 bowl of ice cream on top of melon.

I like to make a thick shake with the ice cream and add fresh fruit of decorations.

Here you go one recipe for sherbet punch. the sherbet flavor can be changed to the flavor that you prefer.
1 quart lime sherbet (estimated amt.)
1 (2 liter) bottle 7-Up soda (estimated amount)
Pour Seven Up into punch bowl.
Float scoops of lime sherbet on top.

try raspberry sherbert, ginger ale, and hawiian punch. You can also add a can of frozen grape juice. you can also substitute the raspberry sherbert with orange or lime sherbert.
