Does it say in Scripture that the whole Kingdom of Heaven will rejoice over the conversion of 1 sinner?

if it does-- it's obvious then that the people in Heaven are aware of what happens here on Earth so what do you think is so wrong with asking them to pray for us?

We are told who our intercessors are
Romans 8: 26. Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh INTERCESSION for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh INTERCESSION for the saints according to the will of God. ...............................
.......... 34. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh INTERCESSION for us.

Hebrews 7: 25. Wherefore he (Jesus) is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make INTERCESSION for them.

Well it just mentions that there is rejoicing. It does not say that they all say it. Here are two possible alternatives. 1. maybe Jesus announces to everyone when someone is saved. and the party begins. 2. in Hebrews it mentions that angels are ministering spirits so. maybe the persons angel makes the announcement and then the party begins. 3. is the option you mentioned. You could be correct. Im not sure though. either way there is one big party going on because alot of people have been saved. odds are that someone got saved while i was writing this text.

Yes I think heaven knows what is going on.
But you need to learn to pray for yourself.
Why do you not ask Jesus for help?
My mother did her job while she was here ,now I just want joy ,peace and healing for her.(she has that now)
Jesus will take care of me now ,telling my mother the good and keeping the bad to himself and God.

Jesus spoke in parables about someone's money being lost and then found and and that someone invites his friends to celebrate. And the same thing with sheep being lost and found. And the parable says that the angels in heaven rejoice and celebrate like that when just one sheep is found. So I think the reference is to angels and not people in heaven.

Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

However, say that the departed Saints who are in Heaven are aware of what goes on here on earth. You ask what is so wrong in asking them to pray for us?

First of all, it's non-Biblical. Jesus taught us to pray to our Father in His name. Secondly, we have Jesus and the Holy Spirit interceding on our behalf and the Holy Spirit praying for us when we don't know how to pray for ourselves.

Matthew 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

So you have two members of the trinity interceding on your behalf and one of them helping with your prayers and that's not enough for you? What goes through people's minds when they pray to a dead Saint? Do they somehow think that the Saint will love them more or care for them more than their Heavenly Father? Do they think that if they can just get someone with enough "pull" on their prayer team up in Heaven that somehow God is going to do something against his will or be more merciful or gracious than He already is?

The only example we have in the Bible of someone seeking intercession from a Saint who had died is given to us as a warning.

1 Samuel 28:7 Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor. 8 And Saul disguised himself, and put on other raiment, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night: and he said, I pray thee, divine unto me by the familiar spirit, and bring me him up, whom I shall name unto thee. 9 And the woman said unto him, Behold, thou knowest what Saul hath done, how he hath cut off those that have familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land: wherefore then layest thou a snare for my life, to cause me to die? 10 And Saul sware to her by the LORD, saying, As the LORD liveth, there shall no punishment happen to thee for this thing. 11 Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee?
