its a fine line far too easy to cross. if its a bar pick up dont do it cause neither of you arent thinking LTR. If its a date a make out session is okay if he trust you arent jerking him around and that there is a strong possibilty you want to f*ck him the future and your not just some randome unethical c0ck tease .Understand you could be very well be f*cking with his trust if its abused .
