I suggest all-natural Physique Workout Maximizer Supplement. Contains Bio-Build to give you the nutrients you need to rapidly recover and repair muscle tissue. It relieves muscle aches and soreness caused by lactic acid buildup after a workout.

With 18 vitamins and minerals and essential amino acids, it gives your muscles a healthy recovery and helps you avoid post-workout pain.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me for the website.

The best cure is prevention. Drink a lot of water, and stay hydrated before, during and after your ride.
I heard that potassium (bananas and avocados are a good source) help sore muscles.
Other than that, stretch or try a muscle rub like Ben-Gay.

And keep it up!!!- The more you ride, the less sore your legs will be the next day/ Good Job!

soreness is normal after such exercise. Take a soak in a hot bath in the evening. Probably a bit of ibuprofen would help.
