Just wondering how long you took them and if you notice a difference in your attention span and the way your memory is working? Thanks in advance.

My mom takes them and swears by them. Whenever she hasn't taken it for the day she'll say "i forgot my ginko so i can't remember!" I need to take them, after having two children, i don't have any short term memory left!

there are real memory drugs available through prescription .
but as far as Ginko i heard it just thins the blood in which case Vitamin E 400 IU's per day should do as well and also it's an anti-oxidant ... but please ask a herbologist or nutritionist with credentials in the field lots of sites on the net too good luck!

Don't you wish that those 'smart pills' that we were supposed to take in the future instead of going to school came out already?

I think memory vitamins are a scam.

I don't know if you mean Omega-3 fish oil, but yes they work. It depends on which brand you use though. I would recommend Nutrilite.

Yes, I tried Ginkgo biloba and at first it was hard to remember taking it, but it really did help!
