Practice what you are going to say. Talk in front of a mirror and remember who you are. You are a nice sincere person who people would like to get to know. You have interesting conversation and can talk to almost anyone on any level be confident God has made you who you and you should be proud of who you, after there is no one just like you, God knew the plans he had for you before you were born. You have three options.
Forget about having conversation with women
Ignore the embarrassment from stumbling
Behave as though you are having conversation with men
If you can't take any of the above 3 options, just go on suffering the stumble hoping that time, the greatest healer of all, would take care in due course.

I have the same problem with men. (BTW, I'm a woman.) The best thing to do is breathe in deeply and speak slowly, and concentrate on your deep breathing as you speak. That helps. I get flustered when I'm talking to men I think are really attractive. But if I focus on just taking it easy, and breathing, and being myself, it's a little bit easier. I also turn red, and it's obvious! So the more I breathe deeply, the less red I turn! And I'm not obvious about my breathing, I just focus on being non-chalant and comfortable.

You should relax in the first place. There's nothing like a confident guy for a woman. Also, don't try too hard if they like you they'll like you for you not for somebody you're not
