Buy her some flowers and take her out for a nice dinner. I think it is still to early to be a extravagant gift.

If its only been 3 weeks, don't worry about it too much. Just try to be sweet, and not too extravagant. You could get her a nice cute stuffed animal with a sweet card, or even something very simple. I find that simple is sometimes the best, for example get her something that is her favourite, even if it is her favourite cereal or candy or whatever. Just be creative and think small but sweet, and you will be able to figure it out.

Ask her what her favourite animal is, then buy her that animal as either a crystalline figure, or a soft and cuddily plushie. Girls love the sentimental things, and also things they can hug when they're lonely or sad. The cystalline thing would just be pretty and sparkly, but it's a sentimental item.

You don't need to get her anything too big or too personal, seeing as you've only started dating her. I'd just spring for a nice dinner and buy her something small, like a CD, or even just a bunch of flowers.

well the best thing to buy her would be if you can make a cd with songs she likes and a few you think she will like that way you don't spend alot on a relationship that my not last becase 3 weeks ain't the right time to spend a ton of mony on her yet plus if she don't like that mushy stuff you gave her a presnt she can listen to and every time she hears a good song she will remiber you

If you want to get her something, stick to inexpensive - even a nice box of chocolates (like marble shells or something, not everyday mixed centres!!), a photo frame - then she can put a photo of the two of you in it if she wants to... gift voucher, offer to take her out to dinner somewhere special or on a shopping trip for something she really wants and wasn't already given - within your budget of course...

Flowers are always great gift. A charm bracelet with one special charm with the date you met engraved on it for something a little more special.

You should do something simple since you have not been together long. I would say flowers would be great. If you are old enough and have money, you could take her to dinner as well.

Earrings. Jewelry is personal, but earrings aren't that personal. And come with no promises like a ring.
