Some great suggestions have already been given to you but as someone who is a virgo n has a long distance relationship...i can tell you that the greatest gift is to see my partner and being greeted with warmth and affection.....I believe your fiancee will be happy if you make her realise how much she was missed and how you are so glad to see her again...and then surprise her with a little gift...virgo girls dont necessarily look for expensive things but something which is visually appealing, has some significance...
1)jewellery is a good choice( available in all price ranges)
2) if there is something your girl is specifically interested in then you could get something from that category
3) things which she may desire but never buy for herself....
