Before it hurts. If you think your knees will hurt in 15 min worth of jogging then just jog for 10 and then later on that same day do another 10 mins and you will have at least 20 mins of jogging in one day with no pain.

Jogging is always bad for the knees. Walk fast or run > Good. Jogging > Bad.

depends on how often you jog and how far you jog, and if you run on pavement or off trail. I run everyday, but I don't always run the same distance or the same pace. I like to run on trail and off trail and every now and then on pavement. I prefer to only run pavement the day of a race because it is hard on the joints and the whole body. Keep running until it hurts and then take a couple of days off and you will come back stronger. Sorry so short gotta go run again. LOL!!!!!!

get a good pair of shoes, start slow and short distances, no more than every other day. Stretch before and after. If you're knees still hurt, try exercising on a cross-trainer to get you're joints use to moving.

are you trying to get bad knees and ankles?
honestly it all depends on how you run and
if you stretch well prior and after.
Knees are pretty forgiving unless you
treat them badly!

yeah , it quite is undesirable now to not streach out earlier excersises.in reality once you walk off you mattress you should streach yourselves to dodge any torn muscle. have you ever seen any canines mendacity and earlier he walks off he would streach himself, in addition the cats do. in reality each and every of the animals do and guy is a social animal.
