Hi, I'm a mother of two daughters under two and a half. I am still breastfeeding my youngest (9 months) I need to lose 20 pounds but I find that the first thing to go when I'm tired (which I am - very) is my willpower when it comes to food. Is there anyone out there who has been in my spot but has lost weight? I want to get rid of this babyweight. Thanks!

I have lost 80 pounds since I had my son. He is 7 months and my daughter is 2 years. If you make yourself exercise you will have more energy in the longrun. Put some music on and dance silly with your kids or put them in a stroller and take a walk.

In order to lose weight you need to have the willpower. It is hard, but it can be done. I was over weight and I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. You have to change your eating habit, eat healthier. Exercise 3-4 days. A lot of cardio. FIRST, you must have the willpower. Once you have that everything else will come naturally.

I just have one baby - 5 mo, so not exactly same situation... I've been attributing breast feeding for getting back to my pre-preg weight (my stomach used to be flatter, but can fit into my old jeans and back to the old number on the scale). I also have no willpower - I stopped buying foods that tempt me. So if I'm hungry, all I have to choose from is grapes or apples for a snack. That would be my advice - remove all temptation.

If you have a double stroller (If not, invest in one) and take your babies out for a long walk. My 2 year-old son and I go out almost everyday, even in the rain, as he likes to wear his boots and raincoat and jump in the puddles.
