I assume you mean one that as a specific dollar value or greater
Do the poor boy a favor and dump him because it's unlikely he can afford you

My husband hasnt bought me a real birthday gift in 14 yrs since we have been together, he isnt a shopper and doesnt pick out what i like anyway, hey tell him its my birthday, give me some money so i can go shopping. lol

maybe he is planning something big
maybe he ordered and its on back order
maybe he doesnt have enough money

um if it bothers you that much u should talk to him about it. maybe he had no money but a homemade card would have been fine. just let him know that. but dont sweat over it
