The doctor was on my case about checking my blood sugar. No way. So I got some Chromium Picolinate 500 mcg. It promotes fat metabolism. I took it a little while. I lost my appetite. I take other medicines, so I don't know how much this was responsible, but you may want to check with your doctor. It is suppose to support carbohydrate, sugar, fat & protein metabolism. I lost weight, but I cut out white flour, use olive oil, eat salads, cut back sugar. Use only 2% milk.

*sigh*, no supplement can subsitute for good nutrition and exercise.
Eat right all the time, and exercise regularly. When you do that, (of course you won't see the results fast, but) you won't need supplements at all. Especially eating a lot of protien for breakfast is something you should try. No sugary cereals or sugary oatmeals, I wouldn't reccomend waffles, pancakes, or french toast, because you'll want to reach for the butter and syrup. ;) Protein in the beginning of the day helps you burn fat all day, and keeps you energized to exercise! WOOT! WOOT! Of course, lots of vegetables and fruits-GOOD ones are always needed! :)

Try bottled water. If that doesn't work try bottled water again. It is the best natural purified resource for maximizing weight loss. The more water you drink the more water weight comes out and it helps with the metabolism. Keep drinking and maybe start walking or running and watch the pounds just dissappear.
