There are many, many books. The Love Comes Softly series by Janet Oke is good and the first three of the series are now TV movies available on DVD. I suggest christianbooks.com if you are interested in books and movies. They may also have books of poems, as well. One which I have enjoyed that is a bit more prosaic than poetic is Come Away My Beloved. It is an older book and perhaps could be found in the library.
